roof garden at homantin hillside in hong kong nearly completed

The roof garden we have designed for Homantin Hillside, a luxury residential apartment block in Hong Kong, is close to being completed.

The brief was to create a very modern space which takes influence from traditional European gardens. A series of rooms were created which are enclosed with planting, clipped trees, and feature walls. The spaces were arranged to create areas for a variety of uses including play, relaxing and eating. The client is very interested in modern sculpture and a number of pieces have been commissioned from distinguished British artists and placed within the gardens. The garden is in a unique setting as it has a dramatic backdrop of the woods beyond, making it a very exclusive open green  place in down town Hong Kong.
